To get a preliminary qualification, fax your 1003, credit report, scenario letter, and letters of credit explanation to 813-931-2390, or send digital copies through our secure FTP Server or through “Password Protected” email. Call (813) 935-1800 ask for Carl for FTP set up. Please be sure to email our submission form as well as the FNMA 3.2 file with all loan submissions.
